Return and Warranty Policy
Return Policy

For purchases made through our website, we offer a 14-day grace period after the purchase date. Within this period, customers have the right to return the purchased item for a full refund or exchange it for an identical model at no additional cost. If a different model is preferred, any price difference will be settled in favor of the customer or the seller. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns. The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Custom-made jewelry is not eligible for the 14-day grace period once it has been received, approved, and paid for by the customer. If the jewelry does not meet the customer's expectations upon receipt and remains within the agreed-upon design specifications (gemstones, metal types, engravings, etc.), the goldsmith will make necessary adjustments free of charge. However, the goldsmith reserves the right to decline this service.

Warranty Policy
In the event of damage or loss, customers must notify the goldsmith. We will make every effort within reasonable limits to find a solution. Usually, minor repairs are offered free of charge, but there are no obligations associated with this service.
The following conditions apply:

-
By purchasing jewelry, whether through our website or otherwise, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
-
Upon purchasing jewelry, we provide a one-time, six-month warranty against manufacturing defects. In case of such faults, the goldsmith will repair the jewelry. This warranty does not cover intentional damage, accidents, loss, or theft of the jewelry. In these instances, the goldsmith reserves the right to refuse repairs.
-
Natural or synthetic gemstones and minerals are never covered under warranty for damage, theft, or loss.
-
There is no warranty for purchases of vintage or second-hand jewelry.
-
For purchased jewelry, customers have a lifelong right to free superficial polishing and cleaning services, to the extent possible. Detailed polishing (sanding, pre-polishing, final polishing, buffing, ultrasonic cleaning, and steaming) usually incurs a fee and is not provided as a complimentary service.
